Support member accounts and deposit services at Access Credit Union as a Deposit Services Representative I. Build trusted relationships through accurate financial service.

This representative provides account, deposit, investment, and electronic banking services to current and existing members. The position administers credit union products, explains terms and conditions, and supports profitable member relationships. Customer service or sales experience and financial industry knowledge are valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open personal and corporate memberships and accounts
- Process debit cards, credit applications, and registered products
- Administer estates, term deposits, POAs, and specialized accounts




- Explain product terms within member risk tolerance
- Manage member relationships and pursue business opportunities

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of financial industry risk management
- Accurate computer skills and sound judgment
