We are looking for a problem solver who is passionate about high quality support and eager to find recent ways to streamline our current processes. This position is hybrid and requires onsite presence in our EAV office three days per week. Relocation and immigration support are not available for this position. Plan and execute team meetings, and onsite or offsite events, managing logistics such as space planning, catering, materials, communications, and day of coordination to create seamless experiences. Onboarding and Offboarding:Lead onboarding logistics for CA based employees by ensuring new hires have equipment, network access, campus access, and workspace setups completed prior to their start dates. Manage offboarding by coordinating equipment returns and access removal in partnership with IT and HR.
