Lead restaurant operations in Gananoque or Kingston using staff supervision, scheduling, and customer service skills. This permanent full time role is completed on site. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations at one of two Ontario locations. You will recruit, train, supervise, and review staff while managing schedules, inventory, cash, and customer concerns. The position requires English, operational organization, and attention to detail. Plan and organize daily restaurant operations Monitor performance and conduct performance reviews Address customer complaints and concerns Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience English language ability Knowledge of MS Office and related applications Apply restaurant management expertise to staff leadership, financial reporting, inventory, and service across Gananoque or Kingston. #
