Sienna Senior Living seeks a Handyman for an existing vacancy at Fieldstone Commons. The work includes painting, plastering, basic plumbing, woodworking, floor care, grounds maintenance, and permitted electrical tasks. You will also complete documentation and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete general repairs, painting, plastering, and basic plumbing
- Perform woodworking and non-licensed electrical maintenance tasks
- Clean, strip, and wax floors throughout common areas
- Maintain exteriors, grounds, parking lots, and gardens
- Remove snow, apply salt, and manage waste properly





Requirements:

- Certification, training, and experience in building repairs and maintenance
- One to two years’ experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and floor care
- Proven customer service skills and excellent English communication
- Successful completion of the Vulnerable Sector Check
