This is a desk-based role focused on claim investigations, liability assessment, and exposure analysis, with an emphasis on effective claims management and resolution. Negotiate with legal counsel and claimants directly to achieve timely and appropriate claim resolutions within delegated settlement authority. Manage claims in accordance with client requirements, company policies and procedures.
