The Region Manager leads managers and clubs, overseeing operations and company expectations across the region. This role manages cleanliness, service, staffing, revenue, expenses, and club readiness. Regular travel supports consistent execution across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead managers and clubs toward financially healthy operations
- Complete expected club visits and required documentation
- Resolve operational gaps through effective action plans
- Manage revenue goals, expenses, and budgeted EBITDA
- Ensure new and renovated clubs are operationally ready

Requirements:

- University degree or college diploma
- Two years of successful fitness management experience
- Proven success leading, training, and engaging teams
- Advanced communication and customer service skills
- Basic proficiency with computers, technology, and Microsoft applications
