Support young people overnight as a Waking Night Residential Support Worker with ROC Northwest, using patience and robust communication skills. A full UK Manual driving licence is required. This Residential Support Worker role supports children with complex needs at Lavender, an inclusive home designed around individuality. You will help maintain safety, encouragement, communication, and consistent care while supporting young people’s development. Digital care recording forms part of daily work.

Requirements:
