Lead daily food service operations by directing staff, coordinating schedules, and managing unit costs within the established budget. As Food Service Director, you will manage a single unit and ensure services and production meet expected levels. You will delegate work, resolve concerns, and monitor compliance with Quality Assurance and Health & Safety policies. The position also includes coaching and developing staff toward team goals.
