Lead clinical care as a Registered Nurse Director of Care, guiding nursing teams and supporting residents at Granite Ridge Community across multiple sites.

Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Compliance Excellence, you will help operate the home efficiently while delivering high-quality resident care. This permanent full-time position includes clinical programs, regulatory compliance, team coaching, and resident-family relationships. You will support care plans, infection control, RAI MDS, Nursing Rehab, and Restorative Care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead nursing teams and external partners toward clinical excellence
- Monitor care processes against individual resident plans
- Implement falls, wound, continence, and pain programs
- Coordinate RAI MDS, Nursing Rehab, and Restorative Care metrics




- Support audits, infection control, supplies, and equipment

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent post diploma education
- Current positive standing with the College of Nurses
- At least one year as a Registered Nurse in Long Term Care
- Two to three years in healthcare management or supervision
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada and Vulnerable Sector Check
