We’re looking for a Contract Specialist to join our four-member Contracts Team for a 12-month term to cover a maternity leave. The Contracts Team is nested within the Legal Department. The Department is led by our Chief Legal Officer and partners with business teams across the company. In this role, you’ll review, draft, negotiate, and manage contracts from start to finish, and play a key role in ensuring our agreements are clear, fair, and beneficial for KIK. You’ll report directly to a KIK Legal Counsel and collaborate closely with colleagues across functions. This is a contract role to cover an extended leave. Review, draft, revise, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including supply, services, purchase, NDA/confidentiality, SaaS, staffing/recruitment, licensing, and other commercial contracts. Analyze contract terms to identify risks and recommend practical solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders
