This permanent part time Personal Support Worker position supports the Long Term Care team at Sienna Senior Living. You will build resident relationships, understand individual living experiences, and contribute to daily health, well-being, comfort, dignity, and respect. The work includes activities of daily living, resident communication, mobility support, and prescribed medication administration after additional training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming according to care plans
- Encourage use of glasses, hearing aids, and sensory supports
- Ensure access to canes, walkers, call bells, and devices
- Provide cognitive,



social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support
- Encourage participation in individual and group resident programs

Requirements:

- Completed approved Personal Support Worker education
- Compassion for supporting seniors to live fully
- Detailed approach to simple treatments and bedside care
- Tact and diplomacy with residents, families, and visitors
- Vulnerable Sector Check and Canadian work eligibility required
