OPA is a national analytics team dedicated to delivering insights and analysis that support Intact Insurance in enhancing operational excellence, driving productivity, fostering growth and elevating service quality across underwriting teams. Collaborate in defining business requirements and develop relevant KPIs aligned with objectives.



Apply best practices in data preparation to ensure data quality and usability. Deliver high‑quality and robust code. Develop and execute data validation processes for developed KPIs, to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of metrics. Provide technical support to the team throughout the development cycle of metrics and for related analyses. Bachelor’s degree in data‑related field (i.e., Business intelligence, Mathematics, Science, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.), 3+ years of relevant work experience. ~ Strong knowledge of programming languages (Python, SAS an asset) and understanding of underlying data pipelines and workflows. ~ Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country. ~ No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada. #At Intact, our Value of respect is founded on seeing diversity as a strength.
