Human Resources Business Partner supporting staffing, associate relations, and compliance at Walmart Canada’s Calgary distribution center. This position works closely with General Managers and management teams.

This generalist Human Resources position serves a business unit across Calgary, Alberta. Responsibilities include training, performance management, investigations, policy application, and regulatory requirements. The position also guides People Administrators delivering daily support to DC Operations and oversees recruitment and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide People Administrators providing daily distribution center HR support
- Advise management on associate relations and progressive discipline
- Investigate misconduct, accidents, injuries, complaints, and policy violations




- Oversee distribution center recruitment, onboarding, turnover, and headcount
- Develop and deliver special projects and topical training programs

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older
- Understanding of associate relations and performance management
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legislation awareness
- Ability to conduct investigations and determine corrective actions
- Ability to support recruitment and onboarding processes
