Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing for Domtar in Thunder Bay, Ontario, supporting Sawmill and Woodlands operations across Northwestern Ontario.

As an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers and HR leaders. You will build pipelines, develop attraction strategies, and support workforce growth. Your work will span operational, technical, skilled, and leadership hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full-cycle recruitment across Ontario Sawmill and Woodlands operations
- Build talent pipelines for diverse workforce requirements
- Develop proactive sourcing and recruitment plans
- Manage screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Provide recruitment metrics and workforce planning recommendations





Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in human resources or related discipline
- Three to five years of recruitment or human resources experience
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter
- Knowledge of employer branding and workforce attraction strategies
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
