As a Bulk Packaging Operator, you will package products according to packaging instructions, SOPs, and cGMP requirements. The work requires equipment operation, accurate documentation, and careful inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently during packaging operations
- Follow MMDs, SOPs, and packaging parameters for each order
- Inspect gelatin capsules and complete in-process quality checks
- Clean, disassemble, and reassemble packaging equipment
- Report deviations, quality issues, and process concerns promptly
Requirements:
- English communication skills, written and verbal
- Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to learn company-specific software
- Packaging equipment operation experience considered an asset
- Minimum one year of night shift experience preferred
