You will speak directly with patients, collect and organize medical histories, and help ensure medical records are accurate and complete. The work is structured, repeatable, and supported by templates and training. Conduct outbound calls with patients ( in English and Spanish ) to gather detailed medical and injury histories Review medical records for completeness, clarity, and internal consistency Organize and standardize medical information to meet quality and documentation standards Partner with the operations team to continuously improve processes and quality Clear responsibilities,
