As a Credit Analyst supporting BMO’s Real Estate Finance Group, you will assess construction, development, and commercial mortgage transactions. The team serves builders, developers, and real estate investors across Canada. Your work supports credit recommendations, adjudication, portfolio management, and compliance with bank policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Underwrite recent transactions and complete annual credit reviews
- Analyze financial information and assess customer credit risk
- Prepare credit summaries, correspondence, reports, and dashboards




- Monitor asset and client performance documentation
- Coordinate closings with clients, attorneys, and closing departments

Requirements:

- Three to four years of relevant credit or lending experience
