As a Group Retirement Sales & Service Advisor at CBIG, you will provide group retirement plan members with information and advice regarding their plan and increase sales through voluntary contributions and transfers while looking for opportunities to refer within the organization. You will work with Group Retirement team to grow and administer the group retirement business. Provide an exceptional client experience to new and existing clients through Group Retirement sales and services. Contact individual retirement plan members by phone on a regularly scheduled basis to: Review their group retirement plan. Create the potential for sales through voluntary contributions and transfers. Help members to better understand the plan in which s/he is enrolled.



Help members understand what they are invested in. Meet with individual plan members to review their group retirement and investment options. Enroll members in new group retirement plans. Provide administration training and support to plan administrators. Maintain accounts, input, and track communication with plan members in CRM. Work with the Group Benefits team for inclusive service to plan members. Contribute and participate in the business development of the Group Retirement Department. Abide by corporate policies as documented. Follow corporate procedures as documented. Travel when necessary to service the new and existing client base. Demonstrated sales and customer relations experience. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required. Current Life Insurance license. (At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary for this position is $56,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer. #
