This role is focused on servicing clients within the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying niche talent to successfully placing candidates in critical operational, technical, and managerial roles. A strong understanding of the industrial landscape in South Africa and specific expertise in sourcing for manufacturing environments are essential. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Achieve and exceed individual recruitment targets and contribute to team goals. Stay informed about industry trends and developments within the industrial and manufacturing sectors in Kimberley . Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes and service delivery. A minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with a robust focus on the Industrial & Manufacturing sectors. Proven success in recruiting for technical, operational, and managerial roles within manufacturing environments. Knowledge of the South African industrial and manufacturing market, particularly in the Northern Cape , is highly desirable. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
