This permanent, full time position serves clients experiencing homelessness alongside mental health and substance use concerns. The work spans assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, recovery interventions, and case management. Collaboration with PRHC and Fourcast supports coordinated services through the Peterborough Homelessness Addiction and Recovery Team Hub.
