Micronetbd Inc. is a SOC 2 Type 2, SAM and NJ MBE certified Salesforce Ridge (Silver) Partner and DocuSign Consulting Partner. For more than a decade, we have delivered fully customized B2B solutions that help small and midsize companies improve marketing, client service, sales and system integration, boost productivity and automate repetitive work. Today our team also leads legal technology implementations for US law firms, including Filevine migrations, and builds in-house products such as MatterOrbit, a certified Filevine document sync integration, and Mayeshal AI, an AI app for matter summaries and case insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, Canada. You will run client implementation projects from the first discovery call to go-live, working between our clients and our technical team to keep every project on track. Gather and document client requirements, and help prepare the design blueprint for client approval. Organize project plans and timelines, and track progress against milestones. Prepare and submit weekly project status reports. Turn client requirements into clear tasks and coordinate the tech team through build, testing and go-live. Support MatterOrbit, Mayeshal AI, Vinesign and Workato work with the technical team. You will also support our in-house products, MatterOrbit for Filevine document sync and Mayeshal AI for case insights, plus Workato integrations and basic Salesforce work. Day to day, you will use SharePoint, Dropbox, Box, Zoom, Fireflies and Google Workspace. Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. ~1–3 years in project coordination, project management, implementation or client-facing technical delivery.

~ Solid project management basics: planning, task tracking, timelines, status reporting and risk management. ~ Experience joining or leading client meetings and writing clear meeting minutes and follow-up emails. ~ Ability to gather business requirements and turn them into transparent tasks for a technical team. ~ Basic Salesforce knowledge: navigating objects, records, reports and dashboards. ~ Strong written and spoken English, comfortable presenting to attorneys and firm operations staff. ~ Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage several client projects at once. Experience with legal practice management software such as MyCase, Clio, NetDocuments or Law Ruler. Exposure to data migration projects, sandbox testing or data validation. Knowledge of SharePoint, Dropbox or Box folder structures and permissions. PMP, CAPM, Scrum or Salesforce Administrator certification. Its nice to have but no prior Filevine experience is required. After joining, you will be expected to learn quickly and get certified through Filevine University, Filevine's official training platform, including: Filevine core platform concepts: projects, project types, sections, phases, tasks and documents. Filevine Lead Docket for intake and lead management. You will also learn our in-house products, MatterOrbit and Mayeshal AI, and how we run discovery, migration, testing and go-live for law firm clients. Training happens alongside live projects, so you learn by doing with support from the team. Career-focused: you want to grow into a full Project Manager role in legal technology and are building toward it. Team player: you share notes, cover for teammates and help the developers and the client succeed together.
