This leadership role suits an experienced 310S Licensed Automotive Technician ready to develop others. You will work with the Service Manager, technicians, apprentices, Service Advisors, and Parts. The focus includes shop workflow, repair quality, technical guidance, coaching, training, and process improvement. Previous supervisory experience is an asset, but robust technicians with leadership potential are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily shop operations, workflow, productivity, and repair quality
- Guide challenging diagnoses and repairs with hands-on assistance
- Mentor technicians and support apprentice development




- Encourage technical development and current manufacturer training
- Improve processes, efficiency, accountability, and team performance

Requirements:

- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician licence
- Minimum three years licensed technician experience
- Strong diagnostic, technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and lead by example
- Commitment to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
