As an experienced Bookkeeper, you will support Crowe MacKay LLP’s Calgary office and diverse client industries. The full-time position requires strong bookkeeping principles, cloud accounting experience, and careful handling of financial details. Your work will include reporting, tax, payroll, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for wide-ranging clients and industries
- Record journal entries and complete bank reconciliations
- Maintain payables, receivables, and capital asset details
- Prepare sales tax calculations, reconciliations, and filings




- Complete month-end reporting and regular payroll duties

Requirements:

- Two or more years’ full-cycle bookkeeping experience required
- Experience with Xero, QBO, Hubdoc, or Wagepoint
- Strong bookkeeping principles, organization, and attention to detail
- Understanding of sales taxes and source deductions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
