Deliver advanced primary care in Roblin with Prairie Mountain Health, applying clinical assessment and diagnostic skills across community settings. Days and evenings are anticipated. This Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive services within the Primary Health Care Program. The position supports clients, residents, and families through acute and chronic illness management, prevention, and team-oriented practice. Care may occur in community or long-term care, with possible itinerant services through the Mobile Primary Care Unit and surrounding communities.

Requirements:
