Personal Lines Account Manager (BH-286298) Location Etobicoke, Canada Sector Sales Salary 55,000.00 CAD to 70,000.00 CAD per annum An established insurance brokerage in Etobicoke is seeking a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join a cooperative team of six to seven account managers. You will manage approximately 1,000 house accounts, provide excellent client service, remarket policies, and identify opportunities to grow existing home and auto business. Service and manage an established portfolio of personal lines home and auto accounts. Handle policy changes, renewals, coverage inquiries, and client requests. Remarket policies to identify competitive rates and coverage options. Generate new and expanded business through cross-selling home and auto insurance. Build strong relationships with clients and insurance markets. Ideally,



3–5 years of personal lines brokerage experience. Strong knowledge of personal lines, remarketing, and client service. Excellent communication and telephone etiquette. Consistent employment history and a commitment to long-term growth. Assets: CAIB/CIP education, high-net-worth personal lines experience, and Portuguese language skills. 15% commission on eligible new and expanded home and auto business; Training and support to develop market knowledge. The brokerage works with markets including Wawanesa, Intact, Aviva, Definity, CAA, SGI, Hagerty, and various MGAs.
