Hands-on building maintenance and resident service define this full-time live-in opportunity supporting a new residential community in Owen Sound. As a Live-In Building Maintenance Technician, you will support opening and ongoing operations for Kingsley Management Inc. You will inspect the property, complete minor repairs, coordinate maintenance activities, and respond to resident requests. The role combines independent work, physical tasks, and day-to-day building operations.

Key Responsibilities
Complete inspections and identify safety concerns and repair needs Perform general, minor,

Requirements:
