Use client service, customs knowledge, and root-cause problem solving as Livingston’s primary contact for complex trade inquiries. This is a full time opportunity. The Service Coordinator supports Livingston clients across customs brokerage services. You will resolve inquiries involving import permits, refunds, duty and tax calculations, documentation, classification, billing, and release information. The role also supports local Service Coordinators and client relationships. Research customs, billing, documentation, and release inquiries Escalate unresolved matters and support client satisfaction Associate degree or post-secondary education Bring customer-first communication, customs expertise, and analytical judgment to Livingston’s client service coordination team. #
