As a Customer Experience Associate with Money, you will serve as a subject matter expert on Credit Card and Banking products. You will independently navigate challenging inquiries, apply departmental guidelines, and resolve concerns with compassion and efficiency. Your work supports customer trust and product success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist cardholders with challenging Credit Card and Banking inquiries
- Investigate details independently and elevate issues appropriately
- Identify emerging trends indicating potential product bugs
- Advocate for products and services using customer feedback




- Continue learning as banking services expand

Requirements:

- One or more years of customer service experience
- Financial services or contact center support experience accepted
- Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with text, email, and phone support channels
- Basic Salesforce or similar customer relationship management knowledge
