Support people experiencing chronic homelessness as a Mobile Encampment Outreach Worker with Alpha House Society. Apply case management and crisis skills outdoors. This full time position works Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, as part of Alpha House Society’s mobile response unit. The work focuses on housing stability through outreach, assessments, advocacy, and collaboration with partner agencies. Respond to on-site crises and distress situations Complete housing assessments, including NSQs Drive agency vans and transport clients when needed Two-year diploma or degree in a related field Experience with outreach, crisis counselling, or case management Knowledge of addictions, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care Class 5 Non-GDL licence and ability to obtain Class 4 Bring compassionate outreach, crisis management, and housing assessment skills to Alpha House Society’s mobile encampment response team. #
