Apply mental health counselling and case management skills with Prairie Mountain Health across community and facility settings. Work primarily daytime shifts supporting client recovery. As a Community Mental Health Worker, you will provide broad services to clients and families through an interdisciplinary team. Your practice includes trauma-informed psychiatric care, crisis management, suicide intervention, assessment, and rehabilitation. You will support individuals where they live, learn, work, and socialize.

Key Responsibilities
Build therapeutic relationships with clients and families Complete psychosocial, mental status, COD, and suicide assessments Develop recovery plans, interventions, and service requirements Provide counselling, crisis intervention,



and follow-up services Coordinate care with providers, agencies, families, and stakeholders

Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree in Psychiatric Nursing or Social Work Current applicable registration or licensure in valuable standing Current Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and ASIST certifications Two years’ professional mental health experience within five years Class 5 driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle Support recovery-oriented mental health care through counselling, assessment, crisis intervention, and collaborative case management at Prairie Mountain Health. #J-18808-Ljbffr
