Use electrical troubleshooting and customer support skills as a Field Service Technician serving Fort McMurray, Edmonton, and Alberta locations. Work is hybrid with regional travel. The Electrical division seeks a Field Service Technician for moderately complex service assignments. Service uninterruptible power supplies, batteries, and electronic-based products in high voltage customer environments. The position requires technical judgment, initiative, problem-solving, time management, and explicit communication while supporting customers confidently.

Key Responsibilities




Perform emergency and preventive maintenance on a 24/7 on-call basis Install and repair company products onsite or in-house Provide technical support for system operation and maintenance Serve as customer contact for technical service problems Service UPS, batteries, and electronic-based products

Requirements:
Electrical, Electronics, or Engineering Technology diploma or degree Red Seal 309A Interprovincial Journeyman Electrician certification or ticket One year experience with UPS, batteries, or electronics Valid unrestricted driver's license and Canadian work authorization Ability to travel to the United States for training Apply your electrical, UPS, and customer service expertise while supporting high voltage equipment across Alberta as a Field Service Technician. #J-18808-Ljbffr
