Deliver accurate financial transactions and thoughtful banking advice as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in Grand Bend, Ontario. This part time role offers 15 hours weekly.

At TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal & Commercial Banking customers through deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and solution recommendations. You will understand customer needs, resolve concerns, and provide clear guidance while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. Training and onboarding are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
- Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
- Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities




- Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
- Deliver quality experiences and suggest operational improvements

Requirements:

- High School diploma and/or one-plus years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
- Accurate, detail-oriented communication with diverse customers
