Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with store leadership on community strategy and guest experience
- Manage relationships with Ambassadors, studios, and community partners
- Attend, support, or host local and regional events




- Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors
- Review community metrics and share recommendations with leadership

Requirements:

- One year of customer service, engagement, marketing, or community experience
- Legal authorization to work where the store is located
- Reliable transportation to the assigned store
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to build qualified relationships and communicate effectively
