Support leaders and employees as a People and Culture Generalist in Mississauga, Ontario, with travel to remote construction sites required.

Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, you will provide professional human resources guidance and facilitate people solutions. Canem Systems seeks hands-on support across employee relations, compensation matters, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns. You will collaborate with operations leaders and divisional People and Culture groups to align initiatives with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise leaders on compensation, evaluations, adjustments, and promotions
- Support staffing, employee relations, and human resources processes
- Coach leaders and foster employee trust and communication
- Communicate employment legislation, regulations,



and organizational policies
- Participate in resolving employee relations issues and complaints

Requirements:

- Ability to provide professional human resources guidance
- Knowledge of provincial employment legislation and regulations
- Understanding of policy interpretation and respectful workplace concerns
- Team-oriented approach to People and Culture initiatives
- Willingness to travel to remote construction sites
