Advanced Lining, a UFT company, installs manhole lining, manhole coating, and water rehabilitation products. As a Coating Applicator Technician, you will support certified applicators and crew leads. Your work includes surface preparation, coating application, materials mixing, equipment handling, and environmental monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with pressure washing, sanding, grinding, and masking
- Set up and clean coating equipment, hoses, and materials
- Apply coatings using brush, roller, or spray equipment




- Mix coatings according to specifications under supervision
- Follow PPE, respirator, fall protection, and safety procedures

Requirements:

- One year of coating application or relevant experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work confined spaces
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to travel 90% or more
