MatchBox Consulting Group seeks a Facilities Management Coordinator for a British Columbia utility provider’s training facility. The contract runs from November 2026 through March 2027. The position combines customer service, operational coordination, building operations, and maintenance coordination to keep the facility safe and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns
- Coordinate repairs, service calls, and preventive maintenance activities
- Respond to occupants and troubleshoot building issues




- Maintain facility technologies and support basic IT troubleshooting
- Support emergency management and workplace safety initiatives

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of project management experience or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Strong facilities management and building operations understanding
- Intermediate First Aid certificate and first aid capability
- Microsoft 365, MS Teams, and computer troubleshooting proficiency
