As a Full Time Team Leader, you will act as a Nespresso brand ambassador and support operational excellence. You will help deliver above-and-beyond customer experiences while driving sales targets. The position combines team communication, KPI analysis, coaching, administrative responsibilities, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Debrief the team on key objectives and deliverables
- Analyze KPI reports and coach teams toward metrics
- Communicate effectively with team and store management
- Create positive brand experiences for stakeholders
- Balance administrative and customer service tasks

Requirements:

- Passion for coffee and sustainability
- Two to three years leading retail teams and driving sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
- Experience understanding and driving KPIs
- Ability to stand all day and lift up to 23 kilograms
