Reporting to the Vice President, the General Counsel will lead the corporate governance function for the Canadian operations. You will review and draft legal documents and agreements associated with all Canadian activities. You will be responsible for the corporate maintenance of the corporation and provide corporate legal support to all departments of the corporation. The ideal candidate must be bilingual lawyer having relevant experience, strong academic credentials, positive business acumen, outstanding communication and teamwork skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks, sometimes within tight schedules. Corporate governance and compliance work; corporate maintenance of PRA Group Canada Inc. and some related entities Support to corporate counsel of the parent company and other departments within the PRA Group family Review/draft agreements, amendments,
