As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will build customer relationships while handling service transactions, banking solutions, and problem resolution. You will guide customers toward appropriate staff for accounts, investment advice, and other needs. The position also includes training, documentation, and branch process support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage customers through advice, transactions, and problem resolution
- Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions




- Complete accurate processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
- Complete Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Strong customer communication, organization, and time management skills
