Monitors quality improvement projects Audits implementation of quality system for effectiveness by verifying operation activities to Gate Gourmet, Customer and Regulatory specification In conjunction with the QA Manager and QA Supervisor, implements the quality system detailed in the quality manual Maintains customer compliance resolution Responsible for the maintenance of key performance metrics for the Quality organization Controls Food safety and Quality of processing and manufacturing within the business Supports customer audits, government audits to meet compliance Verifies and ensures company policies and procedures are followed Ensures quality specifications and requirements are followed and met Responsible for safety, quality and compliance to customer specification Preferred college degree in related discipline and knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and/or Quality Management Work

Experience:
Experience in quality control practices (GMP's, SOP's, and HACCP) and quality program control an asset Experience working in a high volume, manufacturing,



food production, restaurant or catering environment or equivalent experience in the related field preferred Experience working in the airline industry would be an asset Intermediate level Microsoft office tool skills (Excel, Word) Knowledge of quality auditing, inspection methods Able to work with little supervision Excellent reading, writing, and oral communication skills Project management skills HACCP certified and/or Food Safety training a plus Headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, gategroup delivers operational excellence through the most extensive catering network in the aviation industry, serving passengers from over 200 operating units in over 60 countries/territories across all continents.
