The work spans contract administration, change management, procurement, claims, and reporting. Experience with major construction projects and joint ventures is required.

Key Responsibilities
Administer project agreements, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements Deliver contractual notices according to project agreement terms Draft, review, and negotiate client and subcontractor contracts Manage changes, schedule interpretation,



and claims administration Report commercial issues and analytics to executives and project managers

Requirements:
