Maintain commercial HVAC systems for CBRE through scheduled maintenance, performance testing, and mechanical and electrical equipment support. As a CBRE HVAC Technician, you will maintain building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. Your work includes installing, repairing, adjusting, and maintaining small electric or pneumatic control systems. You will troubleshoot failures, support modifications, and follow established procedures under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
