As a Financial Services Associate on the Imperial Service Team, you will partner with Financial Advisors. You will support outreach, sales, administrative activities, and relationship building while helping clients pursue financial goals. The work includes cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Financial Advisors to support client financial goals
- Conduct client outreach, sales, and administrative activities
- Answer questions about cash management, credit, and investments
- Prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules
- Resolve client issues using questions, listening, and accountability
Requirements:
- One year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results
- Prior banking experience is an asset
- Goal oriented approach to accomplishing sales goals
- Passion for relationships, learning, and client focused solutions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
