The Beauty Manager manages department resources to maximize sales targets. You will coach selling skills, monitor customer service results, and support beauty sales standards. Requirements:

- Sales experience with proven achievement of sales goals
- Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
- Previous experience leading a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, judgment, and independent decision-making abilities
