BDO’s Personal Debt Solutions team seeks an Insolvency Advisor for a replacement position. You will assess debtor situations, recommend options, and support bankruptcies and proposals. Training will be provided for initial consultations and appropriate recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform initial consultations and assess debtor situations
- Recommend appropriate personal debt solution options
- Assist debtors and creditors by telephone and in person
- Review interview forms and prepare signing documents
- Promote offerings through outreach, presentations, and social media

Requirements:

- Two or more years in customer service or relevant fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency
- Robust attention to detail and organization
- Availability for one evening shift until 7:30pm

Support BDO clients through personal insolvency consultations using empathy, communication, organization, and effective service delivery.
