Lead housing support in Edmonton through case management and crisis intervention. Work onsite Wednesday to Sunday, from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The Mustard Seed seeks a Prairie Manor Team Lead supporting eighty-five permanent supportive housing clients. This full time position provides case management, daily living skills assistance, community resource connections, and addiction and mental health support. The role operates within a harm reduction model and reports to the Housing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide case management services for Prairie Manor residents
- Assist clients with daily living skills
- Connect clients with Edmonton community resources
- Support addiction and mental health needs
- Complete day-to-day housing support tasks

Requirements:

- Human Services degree or diploma and three years related experience
- At least two years guiding and supporting others
- One year working with people experiencing homelessness
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation competency
- Class 5 licence, vehicle, insurance, and driver’s abstract
