The Building Maintenance Worker supports a hotel, motel, or resort with routine upkeep and minor repairs. You will address appliances, gardens, walkways, parking areas, and building systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Adjust heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Contact tradespersons and contractors for major repairs

Requirements:
