As an Insolvency Analyst, you will prepare formal documents and correspondence for clients. You will support the department through organized administration, community outreach, and social media. The work requires communication, confidentiality, and careful attention to detail while collaborating with staff and outside parties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft client documents, letters, and various correspondence
- Enter documents accurately into internal insolvency systems
- Create formal documents within the insolvency database




- Assist Personal Debt Solutions departmental duties as required
- Promote offerings through community outreach and social media

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English required
