You will report to the Branch Manager while developing trusted, long-term member relationships. Your work will connect members with customized solutions, including loans, credits, mutual funds, and other retail banking services. Strong communication, referrals, market knowledge, and regulatory awareness are central to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage members to understand their immediate financial needs
- Recommend appropriate banking and investment products
- Exceed sales and referral expectations
- Develop knowledge of market trends and competitive offers
- Deliver outstanding member experiences through Servus best practices

Requirements:

- At least two years of related financial industry experience
- High school diploma
- Customer service or sales background preferred
- Finance-related post-secondary education preferred
- Investment Funds in Canada Course and License preferred
