CarePartners seeks a Billing Quality Lead for a temporary 12-month full-time position. You will provide expertise on rejection-related issues within an integrated, patient-focused service delivery model. The work involves invoices, reconciliation, reporting, stakeholder communication, and billing corrections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with Ontario Health atHome and subcontractors about rejected billings
- Collaborate with finance and local program leadership
- Collect, enter, and share rejection and invoicing data
- Troubleshoot issues and provide supporting documentation




- Manage invoice and billing rejection reconciliation tracking

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in healthcare, administration, finance, or related field
- One to three years of office or customer service experience
- Solid Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word and Excel
